Love Means... Freedom

Once again the farm opens its heart and home to another who is in need of love and a safe place. Stone needs work and a safe place to land. Preston needs therapy but he also needs to rethink how he conducts himself in life. But Stone sticking up for him even when he's been rude opens the door way for Preston's personal grown and a budding relationship. Of course it's never a straight line to happiness but eventually the road leads home.

Aw! I adored this story. Definitely my favorite in the series so far. Although Stone setting Preston free thinking that was best for him without actually talking to him is an overdone drama plot, there were so many unique things unfolding throughout the story.

To the editors: There were way too many typos in this book. Yikes!

This has definitely been my FAVORITE so far in the series. I think because this is the story of Stone who grew up in an abusive household, was beaten and thrown out of that home when he announced he was gay and lived on the streets until he was lucky enough to fall on the doorstep of Laughton Farm. Stone's story was real and vivid. Preston who grew up with money but also in an abusive household and is struggling to find his way after an accident leaves him without the use of his legs.
This story has had the most heart, for me, in the series so far!

This is my new favorite series from Andrew Grey's collection of books.
Stone has been kick out of his house by his father after declaring that he is gay , after wandering around for month and being abandon on the road after hitchhiking , he shows at the door of the farm were they help him and offer him a job.
Preston is arrogant, going through a difficult time after being put in a wheelchair by a drunk driver .
Jasper , his good friend and therapist is trying to help him and suggests the farm riding program to help him.
Immediately after starting he treats Stone badly and is almost kick out of the program but Stone tells Geoff that probably they can help Preston.
Preston decides to apologize for what he said to Stone and they start a friendship.
It is the only thing that makes sense to Preston because besides his mom and few friends he doesn't feel free.
Same goes for Stone , more after he confesses his horrible past during the time before getting to the farm.
There relationship is vastly different and changing. The love they are starting to feel is good, until Preston's father interference.
Then all , indeed , changes. An almost tragedy is the only thing that makes them whole again and both need to confront their fears , the past and the people that hurt them the most not before confessing their real love for each other. That is when Freedom and love conquers all.
