Home for Hope
Adam Lancaster runs the Center for HOPE, a safe house for LGBT youth. Adam knows from both personal experiences and working with those who come to him for help the struggles faced by gay, bisexual, and trans people—rejection, homelessness, despair, and even death. Through HOPE, Adam creates his own patchwork family with Elijah Langley and teenager Kollin Haverty, and together they realize healing is possible, love is precious, and family doesn’t always mean blood. Each man is forced to confront pieces of themselves they’d rather not remember in order to move beyond their pain. But where there’s friendship and support, there’s always hope.
